Why is remedial massage so effective?

I love remedial massage because it increases blood flow and is excellent for pain relief - especially for sore muscles and old sports injuries!

If you love a strong massage, then remedial massage is for you. I perform remedial at a medium to strong pressure, but I always adapt the massage to the individual and it can be adapted to a lighter pressure if preferred.

Remedial massage uses a combination of Swedish massage, mobilisation, stretching, trigger point and deep tissue techniques to target tight and or painful areas, and to treat old or new injuries. 

I am also an EMMETT Technique practitioner and can combine EMMETT with your remedial massage to gain even more benefit. EMMETT is a non-invasive muscle release technique.
